N90 Hilux Fleet Build for Newlands Group
Newlands Group is a full-service civil, commercial, and essential services construction company based in Toowoomba, Queensland. With a fleet of more than 100 vehicles, they need reliable, compliant, and work-ready setups that can handle demanding site conditions across Queensland.
For this build, we completed four N90 Toyota Hilux fleet vehicles, each fitted out with a practical combination of protection, lighting, towing, safety, and storage upgrades.
Built for civil and commercial worksites
Each Hilux was equipped with an Ironman 4x4 Deluxe Bullbar, giving the vehicles strong frontal protection while maintaining a clean, professional fleet look. To improve visibility for early starts, night driving, and regional worksites, we also fitted Ironman 4x4 Scope Spotlights.
To support heavier loads and improve legal payload capacity, each vehicle received an Ironman 4x4 3500kg GVM Upgrade, completed as a pre-registration SSM upgrade. This is an important addition for fleet vehicles carrying tools, equipment, water, and site gear.
Safety and site-ready upgrades
The Hilux fleet was also fitted with Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Electric Brakes, giving drivers reliable braking control when towing trailers or equipment. For worksite safety, we added reverse beepers and beacons, fitted neatly using OTA beacon mounts.
To improve day-to-day usability, each vehicle was finished with an under tray toolbox and an under tray 30L water tank, giving crews secure storage and easy access to water while on site.
