Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

  • Mick Tighe 4x4 & ships to addresses within Australia using a range of couriers and postal services including Australia Post, StarTrack and TNT.

International Shipping

  • At this current time Mick Tighe 4x4 & Outdoor does not ship overseas.

Shipping Fees

  • The shipping cost is calculated by the weight, size and number of packages.

Shipping Times

  • Small, single-line orders are processed within 1 to 14 business days.
  • Larger orders will be dispatched within 5 to 14 days.

  • Standard shipping delivery times will range from 3-12 business days in metropolitan cities and may take up to 7-15 business days in rural areas.

  • Express or expedited shipping is still available and will continue to be prioritized by our couriers but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.


Pre-Order, Backorder and Out-of-Stock Items

  • Products listed as pre-order, backorder or out of stock may have longer processing and dispatch times than our standard timeframes.
  • Any expected availability or dispatch date shown on a product page is an estimate only and may change due to supplier, manufacturer, freight or other delays outside our control.
  • Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order, backorder or out-of-stock items, the order may be held and dispatched together once all products are available. At our discretion, items may be shipped separately. Additional shipping charges may apply where a customer requests separate delivery.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays. You may contact us before placing an order if you require confirmation of current product availability or an estimated dispatch date.



Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
