Unlike universal flare kits, this system was designed in unison - flare width, mud flap length and tyre coverage all engineered together.
Tyre & Wheel Compatibility
This kit is ideal for:
- 33-inch tyre setups
- 35x12.5-inch tyres (kit dependent)
- Negative offset wheels
- Suspension lift builds
Supports setups up to +18 offset on 18-inch rims with 35x12.5 tyres (depending on configuration). No modifications required for most 33" setups. Minor trimming may be required for 35" configurations.

ADR Compliance & Legal Coverage
When running wider wheels or negative offsets, legal tyre coverage becomes critical.
The OTA flare and mud flap system provides the guard extension and rear coverage needed to help maintain ADR compliance when running larger tyre packages.

Note: The Mudflaps will be supplied in a UV-stabilised HMWPE, which does not require painting (It is recommended that they are not painted as the paint will not hold).
