Designed and manufactured in Australia, our flares and mudflaps provide an aftermarket solution that effortlessly enhances your car's aesthetic, functionality, and build capabilities. Both the flares and mudflaps were designed in unison, providing further protection without sacrificing aesthetic appeal.
- OTA's 300 Series Flares are now made from high-quality Acrylic Capped ABS plastic, offering better UV stability without needing pre-painting. While you can still paint them to match your vehicle, they come in a sleek matte black finish with a subtle texture that blends with the 300 Series' plastic. These flares add both style and durable protection.
- The mudflaps are made of UHMWPE for impact, abrasion & shock resistance, non-corrosiveness, UV stability, and long-lasting durability. Finished in a smooth black that blends with the 300 Series’ existing accents.

Installation.
Our flares & mudflaps are designed to be easy to install. They utilize the stock mount points and hardware, minimizing drilling and modification to your vehicle. This means that you can easily return your car to its stock appearance if desired. No glue or stick-on is involved in the installation process, which eliminates the risk of damage to your car's paint..
To make things as simple as possible you will be provided with clear instructions & video walkthrough on how to install your kit.

- The flares on both the White GR Sport & Merlot 300 Series pictured have had colour-coded paint applied after purchase.
- Pictured Tyres & Wheels: ROH Assault POS 25 18" Rim. Tyre Size Fitted is 285/65/r18. (As seen the Merlot 300 Series).

Material Update
OTA's 300 Series Flares are now crafted from high-quality Acrylic Capped ABS plastic. This upgraded material offers enhanced UV stability, eliminating the need for pre-painting before installation on your 300 Series. While the flares can still be painted to match your vehicle's color, they come with an attractive matte black finish featuring a subtle texture that seamlessly complements the existing plastic elements of the 300 Series. Durable and stylish, these flares provide both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting protection.

- OTA's 300 Series Flares are now made from high-quality Acrylic Capped ABS plastic, offering better UV stability without needing pre-painting.
- To paint the Flares correctly they will need to be taken to your local Automotive/Bodyshop paint shop.
- The Mudflaps will be supplied in a UV-stabilised HMWPE, which does not require painting (It is recommended that they are not painted as the paint will not hold).
Note: We will not be responsible for any defects as a result of incorrect painting.
- Flare rubber/Trim: All sets will come with the required amount of U-channel flare rubber cut to length and ready for fitting.
- 6x self-tapping screws will be supplied for the fitment of Rear mudflaps and flares. (only supplied in kits that contain rear flares and mudflaps)
- 8x Self-tapping screws will be supplied for the fitment of Front mudflaps (to suit 35" Tyres), Rear Mudflaps and Flares. (2x will be supplied when Rear mudflaps and flares are not required)
- 4x Nylon Spacers will be supplied for the fitment of the Front flares

We offer end cap kits to suit a range of popular bull bars, including ARB Summit Bars, Bumper Replacement Bars, Genuine Toyota Bars, Ironman Raid and Premium Bars, Raslarr Bars, and Kaymar Rear Bars.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer colour-coding or pre-painting services for our flares. All flare kits are supplied unpainted.
