Built to match the rugged capability of your Toyota Hilux, EGR Fender Flares offer a clean, factory-style look with the added coverage needed for wider tyres and off-road adventures. Designed and manufactured right here in Australia, these flares are made to suit 2015–2018 Hilux models, including Wide Body SR/SR5 and Narrow Body Workmate utes.
Each kit is CAD-designed, vacuum-formed from UV-stable ABS plastic, and robotically trimmed to ensure a precise, vehicle-specific fit. Choose between a smooth OEM-style finish or a more aggressive bolt-style look (featuring push-pin bolts that do not drill into your panels). Fitment is straightforward and requires no drilling, using the vehicle’s existing mounting points for a secure, damage-free install.
